Pool Cleaning & Maintenance

When choosing us as your pool service provider every new customer will receive a username and password to login to our customer portal. Customer will also receive an email log after each visit informing each customer of what we did while at the property, a picture of the pool after service, the amount of chemicals added and a notification of on repairs recommended. The following information will be available from the portal site:

Chemical Readings/Swimming Pool status
- Every service visit to your property will result in a logged entry
Account Balance
- The last 6 months of transactions will be made viewable as well as current account balance.
Communication
- We would like to use this tool to better communicate with you. The option to submit questions, log issues or simply tell us how much you love us is available from within the portal.o Emails will also be sent with information such as completed work, chemical readings, etc. This system will help answer many common questions such as:
Was my pool tech here today?
What is my account Balance?
What other services do we offer?
What is the repair history of my equipment?
Are there any user manuals for my equipment?
